Purchase of property following divorce
Kelly and her team, particularly Gill, Bethany and Kurtis, have been outstanding to deal with. They've been very patient with me through the whole process, and when the right house became available, we completed the transaction in 10 weeks.
I would strongly recommend BTMK to work with. They are extremely diligent, and also very supportive and empathetic.

Excellent Service
I purchased a property at auction in December making the completion deadline very challenging. I chose BTMK from our lender's panel and on my initial contact Matt Clark was frank about the challenges in meeting the deadline, helpful and generous with his advice. Subsequently Matt, Hazel and Kelly were professional, helpful, responsive and efficient. I am happy to recommend.
