House purchase
What a pleasure it was to use Jane brooks law for our recent house purchase. We used a different solicitors for our house sale, which was recommended by the estate agent and they were horrendous, hence us looking for a different solicitor when it came to buying our house. We were a little nervous as we had such a bad experience with the previous, different solicitors, how wrong we were! Paul and his team made the whole process enjoyable for us. Swift replies to our emails (and we did send quite a few at first as we were quite nervous as explained!) but they were happy to help and put us at ease. Would 100% recommend anybody to use. This is the first review I’ve ever left online before but felt it necessary to share my positive experience with these guys. Thanks again!

Amazing and Helpful Service
Myself and my partner used Jane Brooks Law when purchasing our first house.
The service from start to finish was brilliant, both Paul Harrison and Elissia Davison were very responsive, sorting any issues very promptly and with great communication. I couldn’t fault anything with the service we received and nothing was too much trouble. I’m very glad we went with Jane Brooks as it made a very confusing and stressful few months much easier for us.

Excellent service by Paul Harrison & the team!
Paul Harrison was my conveyancer for both my sale & purchase.
I have entrusted my business with Paul for many years now & would never go to anyone else!
Paul is highly knowledgeable, professional & deals with matters in a timely manner, particularly on this occasion when I had a tight deadline for completion.
His colleague Nicky & long standing staff member Julie, both excellent at their work in supporting Paul.

Sale of Poskitt house, Aldbrough

Re-Mortgage
Terrible service. Will only do things by email. Won’t go that extra mile by picking the phone up. Things only got sorted because I had to daily push things through on the phone even though I expressed they was going to cost me money by not doing things in time.
