My partner used Hall Smith Wittingham to navigate him through the exiting of the business that he was a co-director in, and found Emma to be excellent. Professional and communicative. Flawless service
Emma Appleyard was fantastic in supporting me. She has an intricate knowledge of employment law, but is also able to adapt this knowledge and hone in to the areas that affect you most. I found her to be personable and friendly, whilst appropriately assertive. She has an ability to listen with empathy and then advise on a possible bespoke solution. I am very grateful for Emma's support. I previously had another excellent experience with the same law firm working with Steven Coles. (who recommended Emma to me).They all seem happy in their jobs which means they are able to give the best service and care to their clients. Emma and Steven are real assets to this firm.
