I acquired a number of buy to let's over a number of years and had used Angela Viney without any issues at all and woukd recommend them for any purchase. Where they came into their own was recently when I sold a number of buy to let apartments including one with a significant ground rent issue and others with complex leases. The process involved in buying and selling buy to let's differs significantly from domestic conveyancing and it is crucial to find a team you completely trust to navigate through any potentitlement hurdles you come across and be able to walk you through the entire conveyancing process. Choosing the right team is essential. The team at Angela Viney are undoubtedly one of the best out there.

Slow slow slow
Admittedly the sellers solicitor was slow but Vineys were no better. I had to turn up on the doorstep to move things along. They had my money for months and took forever to close the deal. 18 months with very few updates and no response to multiple emails and phone calls with an empty promise of responding.

Professional conveyancing with excellent communication.
I’ve used Angela Viney twice now, once to buy a property 5 years ago and once to sell. On both occasions, the service has been exceptional. Communication has always been on point, and if issues arise with the conveyancing you are always the first to know, and are also informed on how it will be dealt with. They work at a great pace and go above and beyond to ensure top quality service.
I’ve primarily dealt with Jack, who is no longer at the firm, however whenever speaking to Charlotte and Haley regarding my conveyancing, they have always been exceptionally helpful and prompt with communication.

Brilliant experience - seamless!
We’re first time buyers so had no experience of this process. Jack has been so thorough and his expertise has made the experience seamless. He was very informed about us and the property, and met with us in person to iron out questions. He was always available via email and phone, and made sure the process was as quick as it could be. Costs were explained to us up front in an itemised list so there were no surprises. We strongly recommend using Viney Becks!

Excellent service
We engaged with Angela Viney to deal with our purchase of one house & sale of another.
The business was dealt with by Jack Viney.
We have nothing but praise for him. He kept us informed both by telephone & email & was always pleasant & friendly. If we had a query with him he got back to us promptly.
Unfortunately the process was hindered by another firm of solicitors lower down the chain & this delayed the completion of the sale & purchase by some considerable time. Jack’s help, advice & reassurance was invaluable at this stressful time.
Other staff from Angela Viney were involved to a lesser degree but they displayed the same professionalism and attitude as Jack.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Angela Viney Conveyancing Services to anyone seeking to buy or sell a property.
