I am an associate solicitor dealing with a wide range of disputes. I have particular expertise in dealing with disputes relating to deceased estates and trusts and am a member of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Solicitors (ACTAPS). I also regularly advise clients in relation to commercial, construction and property-related disputes. I am comfortable working for both claimants and defendants to proposed or actual litigation and my aim is to help clients make informed decisions about their cases so that they can achieve the best possible outcome for their particular circumstances. That means considering costs with clients and the possibility of settlement at an early stage and I regularly represent clients in settlement negotiations and mediations. Where necessary however, I am confident taking matters to trial and I am regularly involved in both County Court and High Court litigation.
