Couldn’t Ask for A Better Experience
I used Slee Blackwell Solicitors in Tiverton for a complicated will situation and found my solicitor excellent. She was a brilliant communicator, grasped the complexities, including emotional, of the situation and created a will and letter of wishes to cover all possibilities. Her communication was also excellent in that she responded quickly to communications so there were never any long waits. She was never patronising which can be the case with some solicitors. She was easy to talk to and clear in her advice. I would recommend Sarah Martin to anyone and will do so in the future.

New Wills
We heard of this solicitors through the RNLI national free wills network and rang and spoke to Jenny Halsall who was very informative and arranged a meeting with Sarah Nicholls, who explained everything to us in detail, gave us our options and made the whole process very straightforward, it took a great weight of our minds.

Will service
The whole process of making a new will was very clearly explained from the initial meeting. All our questions were answered and the whole process from draft to final signing was very quick. Our solicitor was friendly and efficient in her role.

If it's legal go to Slee Blackwell
Joy, my wife, has Altimeters & is Bi-Polar, she would never have a LPA, so Sarah Nicholls at Slee Blackwell, suggested a Deputyship arrangement with our Brother-in-law, Richard, plus other things such as new wills, and an LPA for myself.
As a legal dunce, I did not know anything (except the wills) of what was being presented to me, Sarah spent a great deal of time with Richard and I explaining everything we needed to know to proceed with her recommendations.
Once all the paperwork was completed, it was then presented to the Family Courts, Sarah told us that things would take a while now because of backlogs at the Family Courts, but despite the delays, Sarah kept us fully up to date with what was happening so we never had that feeling of "whats going on".
This week, January 2024, the final orders arrived from the Courts, job done, with the very reasonable final fees paid and having received all remaining documents, everything is up and running.
This process, for me, was quite complicated, but Sarah kept everything simple and easy (for me the dunce), if I had any query's of anything, Sarah dealt with these with ease and very quickly.
If I have any future legal requirements, I will be back to Slee Blackwell, and hopefully, Sarah can help me again.

Updating Will with Sarah Nicholls
