A Fantastic Recovery
Four stars but only because my original contact left and I wasn't told, leaving me in limbo until I chased on no response. No great loss, though, because the lady who picked up my flat sale case was brilliant. Her communication was open, honest, friendly and real-world in nature; frankly a real breath of fresh air compared to my usual dealings with solicitors. Thank you, Janki.
