Highly recommend this group. Rebecca and Gemma were fabulous and professional during the sale of my house and purchase of my new home, despite challenging situations that came our way. They were helpful, friendly and kind and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Very professional
I've used this firm for conveyancing before and would do so again. They are friendly and professional and their fees are reasonable (though not cheap). On this occasion there was not a huge amount of work to be done as it was a very straightforward sale with few queries from the other party but I was kept informed throughout the process.

Buying selling a house

Sale of house
Excellent service …haven’t sold a house in years so didn’t know who to use. Got a few quotes from local solicitors and found Morgan and Richardson very competitive on price. Very easy to get hold of Gemma, always rang us back if she wasn’t available when we rang. Would highly recommend their services.
