Excellent across wills, probate and conveyancing
What an excellent firm! Responsive, empathetic, and professional.
Having handled the family affairs for a number of years I recently used them for probate and conveyancing.
Rachel (on wills and probate), with her wonderful assistant - and Alison and her paralegal Tracey (on the house sale) have all done an absolutely amazing job that has helped me through a stressful time.

Efficient and trouble free
Alison and her assistants, Katie and Tracey, were excellent at pursuing our house sale with appropriate correspondance with me without bombarding with excess information. Friendly office staff in reception downstairs and all at a very reasonable fee.

House buying

House sale
Whilst the overall service experience was good I found myself chasing the team for updates , and the electronic dashboard my estate agent put in place for the sale did not get updated at all .I also did not receive a final breakdown of the house sale outlining the sale price with deductions for solicitors and estate agents , the monies were simply deposited in the nominated bank account .

Purchase of our Freehold
I have found Alison and her assistant Katie both very professional and reliable throughout the process of buying our Freehold.
Whenever I have called or sent them emails they have responded straight away. The whole process has been hassle free.
The purchase went through with us borrowing funds on our mortgage which Alison also dealt with before the offer expired. As soon as the other parties solicitors responded the case was completed. I have been very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Alison. I will certainly use her services again if the need arises. Thank you

Completion On Our Lovely Apartment
I have dealt with Alison now intermittently over 10 years now (and with Pearcelegal for about 40!!). Well what can I say, talk about not being straight forward. Alison has just completed conveyancing on our house sale and purchase, she was excellent from start to finish.
