Sale and purchase of properties
We sold our house and downsized to a flat with the conveyancing carried out Rawlins Davy Reeves. Due to stamp duty pressures all conveyancing had to be completed by 1 April. Bronte and Alex who handled everything were professional, straightforward and easy to communicate with. They were excellent and even with more pressured circumstances they achieved all that was asked of them. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who need good solicitors.

Flat purchase conveyancing
Exceptional service from Bronte at Rawlins Davy Reeves. Bronte was the calm in the storm and without her i dont think the completion would have happened

Sale and purchase
Bronte recently handled our house sale and purchase. It was a very long and complicated 8 months with plenty of setbacks, but Bronte worked tirelessly all the way through to completion. Bronte is very knowledgeable and has great communication, she answered all of my questions (there were alot!) and kept me upto date every step of the way. Would highly recommend Bronte!

Flat Conveyance
I am a retired solicitor and therefore am careful when selecting solicitors to do work on my behalf. The service I received from this firm - the solicitor dealing with the case was Bronte Haynes - was excellent. Despite what was at times a trying and difficult transaction - mainly due to very poor responses from managing agents - Bronte handled the case in a very professional and competent way. Phone calls and e mails were answered in a timely fashion, and as such I would recommend this lady and firm to anyone looking for a conveyancer of a very good standard.

Professional and friendly service
Bronte handled my recent flat sale, there were plenty of questions and queries from the buyer - more than usual I'd say, but Bronte was very patient and persistent and we completed on time. I have also used Rawlins Davy Reeves before they have been an excellent law firm and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I would highly recommend Bronte's services to anyone wanting to sell or purchase a property.
