The seller’s solicitor was quite sloppy, often failing to answer queries and send essential documents. A big thank you to Charles Law and his amazing team, especially Monica and Christopher! From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive. I received a quote quickly, and even before I had paid the initial deposit, they were happy to answer all my questions about the buying process. They even helped communicate with my estate agent, which made me feel truly supported and reassured. That’s exactly why I chose them as my solicitor.
The fee was very reasonable and clearly outlined from the start and no hidden charges or unexpected add-ons. During the initial source of funds checks, they reviewed all my bank statements and documents within a few days, which was impressively efficient. Some of my funds were gifts from overseas family members, and the team handled everything smoothly without any unnecessary hassle.
The whole transaction was completed in just under two months – incredibly fast! As a first time buyer in the UK, I couldn’t be happier. Communication was super convenient. I could reach them via WhatsApp, text, or call, and they were always responsive. I never had to chase them for updates as they were always one step ahead.

Responsive, responsible, perfect solicitor for my flat purchase
Charles and team are very responsible and detail oriented during my flat purchase process. Entire experience was smooth and very reassuring. They are detail oriented and inform me on the terms in the deed and management package. Highly recommend, also the entire team speak Mandarin and Cantonese, perfect for Asian buyers.
