Fantastic efficient service to conveyance our house sale and purchase. A great team headed by Caroline Walton and her assistant Sophie. They responded immediately to messages and went the extra mile to sort last minute glitches to ensure completion went through as planned.

Conveyancing for our recent house sale and purchase
Yet again Blanchards Bailey have done a fine job for us with the sale of one house and the purchase of another. Matt was very patient when dealing with a particularly demanding buyer’s solicitor but he proceeded sensibly and professionally, keeping us clearly in the picture. As usual Caroline was a star and successfully met a short notice requirement with the completion on both houses. Thank you both again!

Speedy conveyance
Caroline Walton and her team worked hard and fast to enable us to purchase a bungalow in Woodbridge in record time (2 months from our first seeing the property to completion). Caroline is very efficient, explains the issues clearly and offers sensible and practical advice. Many thanks to Blanchards Bailey once again for providing such a friendly but effective service.

Determination of Trust and Conveyancing
Very professional, approachable, personable and good communicators. Complex legal concepts were explained clearly and simply. Mark Taylor is an expert in his field who managed to solve problems in a pragmatic and courteous way. He is a tremendous asset to the firm.
Caroline Walton oversaw the conveyancing which was more complex than usual. It was managed in a smooth and efficient manner.

Customer Focused and very professional house conveyances Service
Having been supported by Caroline for 2 houses purchases, we were extremely impressed and grateful for her attention to detail, professional knowledge and responsiveness. The service provide, from start to finish, was in stark contrast to that of the sellers solicitor. Always available to answer questions- often at the drop of a hat - her depth of experience shone through as the sale was in jeopardy as the exchange of contracts day approached. Given the inevitable stress and emotional pressure associated with a house purchase, this level of support was very welcome and appreciated!

1st class service for my house purchase
I can not thank Caroline Walton enough for saving the day with my house purchase. After being mucked about by another law firm for 6 weeks I got in touch with Blanchards and Bailey for some advice. Caroline got back to me really quickly and reassured me. I then decided for Blanchards and Bailey to deal with my house purchase and in the time the other law firm didn't do a great deal Caroline completed my whole house purchase. She was very pleasant to deal with. Responded quickly to all communications and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I can't thank her enough.
