Bernadette dealt with the probate work and has been excellent in doing this, with good, professional, friendly communication all the way. Best experience

Excellent help and advice in respect of selling a property
My sister and I are grateful to Sophie and her assistant, Debbie, for their help with the sale of our mother's house. We were guided through the process and when an initial offer fell through we were happy to return to Coodes when a new buyer was found. When issues arose we felt that we were kept well informed and given good guidance on how we might respond. Sophie and Debbie were easily contactable. They were quick to reply to any correspondence.

Excellent from start to finish
