A very smooth house move thanks to the team at Mapperley. Kerry Redfern was particularly excellent with her brilliant attention to detail. I have always resented passing for solicitors fees, but because of the advice I received I feel Rothera Bray made it seem value for money. Thank you all.

Kerry and Carolyn were absolutely professional, co-ordinated and efficient with all the necessary work for our house sale. It was a breath of fresh air to be able to email and speak directly to them both and all my queries were answered quickly and fully. Selling a house as an executor is a stressful thing to do (as it is with all house sales!), but both helped enormously and put my mind at rest every step of the way. Highly recommended and a big thank you all round.

My house purchase process was a great experience with Rotheras. Kerry Redfern is very professional and reply to my enquries promptly. With her assistant, the purchase of a chain property could be completed within 8 weeks, which is much quicker than I expect. Highly recommended!
