I am currently in the process of working with Victoria regarding a family matter. Whilst finding this stressful I am comforted by the fact that Victoria is friendly and easy to talk to when I have questions regarding legal paperwork. She is prompt at communicating and has checked in a few times when there has been sometime between contact. I recommend Victoria to others.

Court of Protection

Good communication when I asked for an update or question. Quick response if the answer was known and a reply to advise more information would follow. Victoria seemed to handle all
the day to day work and communication. I always tried to reply asap when a quick response was needed. Very happy with the work being done by Wollens.

Will Trust management

5

We have always received a good and efficient service from the teams at Wollens. As granted trustees for a relatives will trust, my wife and I had no experience on how to manage this. The Wollens team assigned to our case (Jaime Denega, Edward Lee and Victoria Martin) were able to provide advice and carry out all of our requirements to reach a very satisfactory conclusion with minimal stress to ourselves. We will have no hesitation in using Wollens again as and when required in the future.
