I was introduced to the firm by the National Free Wills Service via a charity I wished to support. I had an initial appointment with Laurel Martin where we had an informal chat about my circumstances and my wishes and ideas for how I want my estate distributed after my death. Laurel was able to advise and guide me through the process, particularly on matters I had not considered. My will was drawn up and sent to me to check the details after which I had another meeting with Laurel to sign the documents and have them witnessed. The whole process took just over a couple of weeks (partly because I was away for a few days) and I am very pleased with the service I received.
