House move
We had a very successful house move at the end of 2024 which was completed by Joe Jordan. He was very professional, efficient and supportive throughout and proactive in corresponding with all parties concerned. It was a pleasure to work with him and we are really happy and settled in our lovely new home. He helped to make it so easy going and took the stress out of the process. Our paralegal left the company half way through the process but thankfully this did not hold up the proceedings at all. Joe took ownership of the task and we would highly recommend him and his services to anyone.

Joe Jordan and Chloe Parish
Joe and Chloe were extremely professional and efficient in handling the sale of our house and purchase of our new home. It all went extremely smoothly and communication was very clear. We never felt that they had forgotten about us! Would thoroughly recommend Pretty’s for conveyancing

House Sale

Excellent communication
For me the most important thing is communication, especially when dealing with something stressful. I have been so impressed with the speed of communication and responses to phone calls or emails from Joe and Maddie.
