I’m a Corporate Solicitor with nearly 10 years of PQE, specialising in SME transactional work. My day-to-day involves advising clients on disposals, acquisitions, share reorganisations, and corporate governance, but what really energises me is the fast-paced puzzle of deal work! Recently, I’ve been expanding into lending and charge documentation – I am still getting to grips with some nuances but loving the new challenge. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me planning our next family adventure. My two little ones and husband keep me busy with travel plans (and plenty of chaos)!
