Holly joined CP Law Solicitors in August 2013 and has instantly become an integral member of the residential conveyancing department. Holly is a Licensed Conveyancer and qualified in March 2012 having studied and qualified via the Council for Licensed Conveyancers whilst in full time employment. Holly has also achieved her Diploma in Probate Law and Practice and is currently doing her practical experience. Holly deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, lease extensions, new builds (including Help to Buy schemes) and land registration issues. Holly’s no-nonsense approach to conveyancing means transactions are progressed efficiently and professionally with clients receiving the very best advice and attention to detail. In her spare time Holly enjoys going to the gym and Zumba, meeting up with friends and family.

Probate and Sale of property.

My experience of using CP Law has been a good one. At the difficult time of my mother's death, they were very supportive and efficient in obtaining probate quickly. The property sale was not without issues prior to exchange but they were proactive in resolving them and completing before the recent increase in stamp duty. They have been professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with.

Staircasing and remortgage

It was quite a long wait , but I don’t blame solicitors, I think it was the housing association fault.
CP Law from Wokingham office were every time fast and polite on responding to my request. It was easy and regardless English is my second language they make it to happen. I highly recommend them to anyone who I know.

Holly Holman was excellent throughout the process - very responsive to emails and answering any queries. I would definitely recommend CP Law, as they were the complete opposite to previous experiences with solicitors - proactive and made the whole process a lot less stressful.
