Wow, wow, wow! What an amazing level of service and speed from Louise and her assistant Kayleigh. Everyone who’s been through a property purchase will know that having a five star solicitor is a must. When I reached out to my dear friend Martin if he would recommend someone he instantly replied: “Louise is your go to!” and oh boy, did he hit nail on the head!
Louise was proactive throughout the entire process, keep us informed and never gave us a chance to chase the process up.
If you are looking for someone who’s professional, knows her stuff and proactive - ask for Louise.

House sale
Louise & Kayleigh are excellent, professional, friendly and helped us out throughout the whole process, we had a difficult sale as the buyer had 2 sets of solicitors and eveything had to be doubled up and a lot pressure was put on them to get this over the line. Well done would highly recommend

The perfect conveyancing support!
Louise, Kayleigh and the team at SAS were absolutely brilliant! Guiding every step of the way which I really appreciated. The team were always very accessible and helped me every step of the way. I would like to give a special shout out to Louise for being so lovely during the process, I felt completely supported and trusted her guidance and decisions throughout.

Efficient, quick to respond and actively managed transaction
Louise and her assistant Kayleigh have handled several residential property sales for me and have always been very easy to contact and happy to respond to my requests and queries. They have not dragged their feet, which I have found to be a common failing with the buyers' solicitors we have dealt with and they are always prepared and ready to move to the next stage in the process. My cases have all been straightforward so I can't comment on legal knowledge but I haven't seen any cause for concern! So, well organised, actively managing the legal process, friendly and responsive.

Excellent Service

Personal, responsive and efficient
From the first interaction when I sent an enquiry email, Louise and Kayleigh were responsive and efficient. We were given the reassurance and guidance we needed, whilst they manage the conveyancing of our property in timelines that are unheard of. Everybody we met as SAS Daniels was incredibly friendly and eager to help. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Great service
Louise and Kayleigh were great to work with when buying our house. Both were super responsive throughout the process and made us feel like everything was in hand. Louise went above and beyond to ensure all requirements of the sale were met which really showed she cares about her clients and wants the best for them. Would definitely work with them again!

Brilliant as always!
I have used SAS Daniels LLP (Stockport) numerous times for property purchases and sales and it's always the first place I would go, such a great team and Louise is superb at what she does. During another difficult process they were professional and prompt in responses and explained was everything so clearly, I would recommend them to anybody and they are very competitive on price too!

Exceptional Communication & Speed of Response
Having worked with Louise Brown and Kayleigh Smith on multiple occasions, I can hand on heart say that they are the very best team to work with.
