We had a bumpy start during the process which led to rejection from the Home office in our case. However, since the new team took over the appealing process, we have been looked after thoroughly with care, understanding, efficient communication and update passing and professionalism. We have now achieved the success in which the Home Office has withdrawn their rejection.
