Born in Wiltshire, I grew up and went to school in Royal Wootton Bassett. I obtained a law degree from Oxford University and joined Bevirs in November 1997. While working as a Paralegal in the Private Client department, I studied to become a Chartered Legal Executive in my spare time. I qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in October 2006 and was made an associate of Bevirs in 2008. Late Husband's Will & Estate

The whole process was very smooth. The initial meeting was succinct, and the information provided exactly what I needed. The will signing was well managed. The final processes efficient. All in all my experience was positive and Mr Neve’s advice professional but not clouded with legal gobbledygook. All very good.

Probate application
Feeling very grief stricken it was really difficult to have to apply for probate but going to Bevirs and having David Neve dealing with us proved to be a very easy and a good choice. David dealt with us, was sympathetic and very helpful in all aspects. Can and will recommend Bevirs.

Great value for money - great service
We were dreading making a will due to having stepfamilies and a property portfolio and kept putting it off. We were quoted a very reasonable price from Bevirs and Mr David Neve who handled the matter for us, clearly explained the options and simplified the contents of the will to reflect our wishes without including unnecessary details. We were extremely happy with the whole process and would highly recommend this firm.

Will Writing
Due to bereavement had to sort out estate of one will and then rewrite my own. All visits dealt with professionally and efficiently and with sympathy. Would have no difficulty recommending Bevirs to family and friends, indeed already have done so.
