Buying and selling a property
Anouska , Gemma and team were very helpful and approachable, especially as I hadn’t moved for a long time and the first time I had to do it on my own . Important to me, l was able to easily speak to the team. The sale and purchase went as well as could be expected.

House purchase first time buyer
Initial communications were very quick with responses to enquiries within 1-2 working days, however this slowed significantly with two changes of lawyers with no notice to me or the selling party which delayed matters significantly. Upon the final (third) allocation of lawyers to my case this rapidly sped up proceedings and I received top quality service which I would highly recommend, great value for money spent too.

House Purchase
