Having used many different solicitors in the past, I have to say that Warner Goodman were excellent in completing my remortage on a tight timescale. John Blake’s team were great from the start, they kept me updated throughout, were easily contactable and prompt with their responses. The members of the team I spoke to were really friendly and answered all my questions (being a first time buyer, I had ALOT). The team made what could have been stressful situation, a really pleasurable experience. Karen in particular was wonderful! Thank you!

Warner Goodman handled the conveyancing for the purchase of my new house and they were fantastic. Updates were always timely and clear. The team that I worked with were always friendly and professional. Most importantly, the whole process was completed fast and efficiently. During my process of conveyance with Warner Goodman the entire experience was without stress and without any confusion.
I was so reticent and nervous in buying a house, but Warner Goodman made the whole procedure straight forward and explained everything with patience and understanding for a first time buyer.
I would also like to thank Karen Kinney for her professionalism and assistance in making sure the whole process moved forward. I never wanted for a update and was always aware regarding how the purchase was proceeding.
I will definitely look to Warner Goodman Portsmouth for my future solicitor’s requirements. First rate service.
