Sale of house in Cornwall
Ms Natalie Plank at Merriman was so helpful, professional and efficient in all her paperwork and dealings. The sale turned out to be far more challenging than expected, and Natalie helped to steer it through very calmly and with a considerable amount of knowledge and expertise.

Efficient, thorough, quick and pleasant
Natalie Plank was extremely efficient, thorough and pleasant. She worked very fast. I do appreciate that she certified some photocopies of documents even though I had come in without an appointment and that prior I had not had any business of Merrimans.

Not all solicitors are the same...
Natalie Plank was the most professional and efficient lawyer we have ever dealt with.
She gave honest advice, work tirelessly (even on her day off!) to progress our house purchase to the agreed deadline.

Buying a Property
