Sale of our house
After accepting an offer on our house I needed a solicitor who understood that we needed to move quickly as we had already secured a property so were chain free but we had a bridging loan, Rachel and her assistant Aisha worked really hard to keep the process moving along and kept me updated at all times. We accepted the offer on the 2nd May and completed 11 July, I would highly recommend Rachel and Aisha.

Ison Harrsion helped me to purchase my property successfully. Rachel was professional and helpful throughout and gave me regular updates regarding my purchase. A frustrating experience
I was involved in the sale of my mother's home, following her move into a care home.
I found the whole experience very frustrating: the process took @ 6 months, and communication was not always the best.
Additionally, it felt like I was doing most of the work: researching documents, filling out lots of questionnaires etc.
Needless to say, I was very relieved when the sale was finally completed.
I had thought that selling to a first-time buyer would have been more straightforward, but not the case. There seemed to be lots of delays, the exact cause of which was unclear.

Always on hand and happy to give advice. Gave an estimate of the cost from the start. I was kept updated with how things were progressing. I would recommend people to use them and would use them again myself.
