We had a leasing matter made complex by the nature of the landlord that took just over 12 months to complete and Fenella was great - she really stuck it out with us!

Land purchase
Fenella was extremely thorough and professional. I really felt like she had my best interests in mind all the time. She guided me through some of the more difficult aspects I had to deal with, with patience and great knowledge. We had a few issues with the vendors solicitors but Fenella guided us through to a great, if not elongated, finish.

Excellent service from Fenella Eddell
Fenella guided us through a difficult land transfer and remained calm and professional throughout. We felt very confident having Fenella act for us and that she would be able to resolve all the difficult queries and matters that arose (of which there were many!). Fenella was very easy to communicate with and to reach, all queries were answered very swiftly which put our minds at rest during the difficult process. We are so pleased she acted for us and is highly recommended.
