Finding a solicitor to take on a case related to a Section 21 notice

5

Finding a solicitor to take on a case related to a Section 21 notice proved to be an incredibly challenging endeavor. I received a Section 21 notice from my state agent, which essentially gave me a notice period of roughly two months to vacate the property. This situation placed me in a very difficult position, as I was actively seeking out solicitors who could provide me with the necessary legal assistance. Unfortunately, my search was met with disappointment as I was let down repeatedly by various firms. It was during this particularly stressful and uncertain time that I discovered LDJ Solicitors. They promptly took over my case, handling all the requisite legal paperwork with efficiency and effectively taking control of the entire situation for me. The reassurance I felt in knowing that I was in capable hands was further solidified after receiving a formal letter from them outlining their commitment to my case. Eventually, I was relieved when Jenny, my designated solicitor, reached out to the state agent to inform them that she was officially representing me in this matter. Although navigating the complexities of fighting a Section 21 notice can indeed be quite difficult, I was genuinely amazed at how proficiently Jenny managed all aspects of my case, which ultimately allowed me to remain in my property. I wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend LDJ Solicitors for their exceptional professionalism and dedication to their LDJ Solicitors.

LDJ Solicitors were recommended to our charity and I cant over state how beneficial it has been to have your company advocating on behalf of our service user. It was a huge relief when we found out you were able to represent our client.

The support Jenny Varnish has provided has been outstanding, she is a commensurate professional, that not only understands housing legislation, but she was able to quickly tune in to the individual needs of our client.

Jenny is very approachable and highly responsive, communications between us were extremely timely, information and updates that she provided were clear and easy to understand, nothing was too much trouble for her.

We are very grateful for the undertakings of LDJ during this case and our client was delighted by the outcome, they were extremely emotional when we informed them of the positive result and in the service users words..

'"..from the very start we knew she (Jenny) was listening and showed a genuine interest in our situation... she's a lovely lady and we are very grateful."
