Great work on my purchase
Melissa was great, communication was what I’d expect and this company was recommended to me. I will use them again in the future, by far the best solicitor I’ve used on a house purchase. Next time I will use them to do my sale too.

Great, considerate service
Melissa was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. Would highly recommend her services again for another bouse purchase. The whole process was very seamless and even when there would've otherwise been obstacles, Melissa used her experience to navigate.

amazing service by Melissa from start to finish!
Just recently bought our first home as you can imagine we had no idea really of the process ect. Melissa made this so easy for us from late night emails to in person meetings to confirm everything was as we wanted. Have recommend her to friends and family who are now using Melissa to sell their home!

Above and beyond
It was a 6 house chain. Melissa went above and beyond in trying to force our move through. I would highly recommend her for her perseverance and regular communications on progress. Everything went to plan and we were always kept informed.

House Sale Completed - While Living Abroad
House sale completed efficiently and without fuss despite the fact that I am not in the UK and haven't been at all during the sales process. Was recommended AFG Law by my Estate Agent and I am pleased I went with them. No issues at all - easy to deal with.

Excellent service
We recieved an excellent service from Melissa Hart at AFG law. We were especially pleased with the level of communication and updates, so that we were clear on where the transaction was up too. It was much better communication than we have experienced in the past.

First time buyers
Melissa and AFG Law have been absolutely wonderful. As first time buyers, the whole process was unknown and confusing but Melissa took the time to explain everything, answer any questions we had, and advised us when we were unsure as to how to process. She also kept us updated throughout the entire process. We never had to chase her for any information, which was a massive stress relief for us.
Would absolutely recommend AFG Law and Melissa.
