Brilliant service resulting in a Stress-free sale of my home
I was looking for a local reputable solicitor to act for the sale of my property.
Manisha from Mills Chody was highly recommended to me.
Following my initial call with Manisha where she explained the e2e process, information and forms required to be completed and their service cost… I did not hesitate and instructed Manisha to act for my sale.
Manisha and her team made the whole process efficient, stress-free and regularly kept me updated, she was always available to take calls and return calls and chased up the buyers solicitor to ensure progress.

Conveyancing
Manisha's service from start to finish was exceptional, and I could not be more grateful for her assistance during the purchase of my home. We were working towards a relatively quick turnaround and managed to complete in just over a month which was fantastic. This was my first property purchase, and so naturally I had many questions throughout and Manisha was extremely helpful in answering these questions in a simple manner. Manisha was recommended to me by my estate agent. Selling and purchasing a property was a new experience for me but Manisha soon put me at ease. She explained the procedure clearly and kept me informed. She was very professional and always returned my phone calls if she was unavailable at the time and always replied to emails when I had queries. There were a few issues on my purchase but I was kept informed while she was waiting for clarification from others involved. She was very helpful when I wanted a particular moving date suitable for my family.
When I had to visit her office for signing papers she was happy for me to be accompanied by my daughter and answered her questions.

Outstanding service from Manisha- Lease extension & troubleshooting
Manisha Gadhia is exceptional, we can’t recommend her highly enough. Her hard work and positive attitude had such a substantial impact on our lives. There is absolutely no chance our process would’ve had a successful conclusion without Manisha’s input and drive.
