I experienced a particularly unpleasant and relatively complex divorce, it was dealt with by Ms Kate booth and Ms Dawn Heaton in particular, the other side were decidedly unprofessional and unnecessarily aggressive as this should have been a relatively passive negotiation, by adopting this strange position it ultimately caused huge unnecessary delays in their silly “Rumpoleesque” attempts to extend proceedings, no doubt in my mind to increase the likelihood of a increased final invoice and were clearly operating way beyond their pay grade trying to promote “unsuccessfully’”their pretentious capabilities, their unprofessionalism was highlighted and made even more blatantly obvious by the contrast with my side who were the exact opposite, BTTJ were the consummate professionals and did everything to keep my charges and ultimately final invoice to an absolute minimum, they worked with me to help me through this extremely stressful process especially Nikki in the finance department and Nikki in the conveyance department, they were not the cheapest nor by any means the most expensive, my final invoice was more than I anticipated at the start of proceedings, but after 2 years of hard work I would argue they were excellent value for money which equated to approximately 2.5% of the final settlement, they worked very hard to get me a very fair settlement indeed, I would strongly recommend their services if you require total professionalism, in this case I most certainly received a more than satisfactory final invoice, and I was kept up to date at every stage of the process as to the potential costs nothing was hidden, incidentally the court process also added to huge unbelievable and in my opinion extremely unreasonable time delays, of which were completely out of BTTJ,s control, but they did everything to negotiate around these issues as best they could, in short a first class service,! Many many thanks to them all.
