Superb Experience
Manak have been excellent from start to finish, they made it easy for me as a first time buyer and were always on hand to assist whenever required.
Tanya in particular was brilliant, was in constant contact, and sent over documentation as soon as it was received.
Tanya also helped out when I was in a pickle after completion, and am extremely grateful for all of her efforts.
Would 100% recommend Manak's to friends and family.

Manak solicitors - Orpington
I used Manaks for conveyancing of a straight forward chain free flat purchase. As a first time buyer it was all new to me but I think everything went as well as it could. From start to completion took almost exactly 3 months. Any queries i had were handled promptly and professionally by Tanya with minimal need for chasers. Staff at the branch were also super friendly and helpful when I visited to sign paperwork.
