Our property move
We used the Thorne branch of Sills & Betteridge recently, they acted for us on both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. They were very friendly, courteous and most helpful at all times. Many thanks to Kimberley Rose for managing to complete everything as soon as possible. Also a big shout out to Thomas McConachie who dealt with us, he’s a lovely hard working and diligent young man. The communication on a regular basis was very much appreciated, it made the whole process smooth and stress free I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

Great service and support throughout the whole house buying process
I used S&B for conveyancing following an offer being accepted on my first home. My solicitor Kim and her colleague Thomas were both extremely responsive and knowledgable throughout the process which put me at ease - no question was too silly from me which I appreciated. The fee was very reasonable and any additional costs were communicated (I only had one minor cost). I would recommend S&B to anyone looking for conveyancing sevices!

First Class Conveyancing
I’ve done a few conveyancing transactions over the last couple of years & they have to be one of the best firms I have dealt with. Efficient service at a good price
We used to Sills & Betteridge LLP to sell a house in Lincoln in what was turned out to be quite a fiddly process in a chain but found the service very efficient and to the price submitted on the quote

Fast effective service
