Last Will & Testament of Catherine Pennell
Iain Robson acted as our legal advisor (solicitor) with respect to Last Will & Testament of our late mother, Catherine Pennell. With no complicated terminology, Iain explained all legal matters concerning Mum's Will & Testament which allowed my sister and I to proceed accordingly, ultimately marketing Mum's house. Regular correspondence between Sarah Booth and ourselves was clear, thorough and uncomplicated, all queries were responded to in a timely manner. The whole process was handled professionally and with dignity towards Catherine (our Mum).

Catherine Pennell Probate and Final Will & Testament
Upon Mum's unexpected passing, her will & testament was reviewed by Iain Robson. All legal matters were clearly outlined to ourselves. Probate was granted quickly. Correspondence between ourselves and Milners Solicitors was clear and concise. Sarah Booth kept us informed of proceedings at all times. Overall the delicate process was handled professionally and with dignity towards our mother.

Advice on Will
I recently went to Redo my will. I obtained an appointment easily and was seen by Iain Robson who discussed the alteration to my will and gave advice. I found Iain easy to talk to and he understood my requirements .Unfortunately I noticed some typing errors on the actual will and I had to make a return visit to resign my will after the mistakes had been amended. Otherwise I was highly satisfied .
