I had a claim against a Broker I used from 2003 for a number of years. I had no paperwork as it was so long ago. My details apparently could not be found by the FSCS but after many attempts by Mendelsons Solicitors to state my claim, my details were eventually found. I was kept informed on a regular basis and a few months later I had my compensation through. I cannot thank you enough for being so thorough and professional the whole way through.
