Lost money returned
Despite only having limited information with some details lost over time, my claim was pursued vigorously and won. I never thought I would see any of a substantial sum of money returned.

I would like to say thank you to Mendelsons for their help with my case, it’s been a long drawn out one, but had fantastic results throughout the process. Claim for damages in professional negligence
These guys helped me get my money back with interest from an investment I made 2 years ago.
I had tried several avenues to get it back and I was told that its my loss and could not get it back that the original investment company was not genuine
However I got introduced to Mendelsons and since they took over the case it all went smoothly and I got paid today. Very happy with there service. Good communication and always kept me in the loop.

Would recommend
I wasn’t expecting to receive any money back from a previous investment which turned out to be fradulent however I took a gamble and with the no win no fee claim. Fortunately after Nachamah’s persistent and determination she managed to reclaim some of my funds. Very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend

Compensation Claim

Northern Provident
Invested £20,000 into Northern Provident/Access Commercial and thought I had lost it all. One of my friends recommended Nachamah at Mendelsons who won their claim. I contacted her and after just over a year, she gave me the good news from the FSCS that my claim had been won and I had the full money returned to me. I fully recommend Mendelsons.
