This firm is friendly from the outset, I never felt rushed or that the time talking over my case was an issue. Toby helped me with every stage of the legal process, I felt well informed and was honestly more assured with each conversation we had. Toby had a professional manner when it was needed and a friendly and compassionate manner when going through the various stages, for my case I required an expert to write a report and a Barrister. The Barrister chosen by Toby to aid and represent me in court was equally excellent, friendly and sympathetic to my case. I felt well informed again and most importantly I had complete confidence in what was being done and what we had to do going forward. The expert sourced by Toby for my report had amazing qualifications and was able to comment on my case in a very non generic manner that was frankly out standing. The points raised resulted in the prosecution with drawing from the case and it being dropped entirely! None of this would of been possible I am sure with out the expert guiding hand of this excellent firm. I can honestly say I can not think of any stage from initial summons to appearing at court that I felt confused, unsure of what to expect or what was going to be done next.
