A Solicitor You Can Trust and Rely On
I worked with Toby and I can't recommend him highly enough. Throughout the process, he remained professional, communicative, incredibly thorough and his ability to explain complex legal terms in a straightforward, down-to-earth way, making a stressful situation far more manageable.
It's rare to find someone so knowledgeable who also genuinely cares about their clients as people.

Cannot recommend Toby enough
I had never required a solicitor before. I was passed to Toby and I'm so glad I was. Toby was professional, brilliant and most of all caring. He met all my family and was side by side with them and myself throughout.
Toby never gave me false hope and was honest and sincere. He kept my family updated and was always on hand if we had any questions.
From start to finish, Toby was knowledgeable, approachable and a pleasure to deal with.

I would highly recommend Toby Brothers he has been a constant support to me for over 4 years. He was always on the end of the phone or email and responded to me very quickly. Toby was able to clearly explain all details to me and treated me with fairness and kindness. I wanted to write a fair and unbiased review so I took some time considering what I wanted to say.
This firm is friendly from the outset, I never felt rushed or that the time talking over my case was an issue. Toby helped me with every stage of the legal process, I felt well informed and was honestly more assured with each conversation we had. Toby had a professional manner when it was needed and a friendly and compassionate manner when going through the various stages, for my case I required an expert to write a report and a Barrister. The Barrister chosen by Toby to aid and represent me in court was equally excellent, friendly and sympathetic to my case. I felt well informed again and most importantly I had complete confidence in what was being done and what we had to do going forward. The expert sourced by Toby for my report had amazing qualifications and was able to comment on my case in a very non generic manner that was frankly out standing. The points raised resulted in the prosecution with drawing from the case and it being dropped entirely! None of this would of been possible I am sure with out the expert guiding hand of this excellent firm. I can honestly say I can not think of any stage from initial summons to appearing at court that I felt confused, unsure of what to expect or what was going to be done next. Excellent work and many thanks for all you did for us.

Toby represented our son who had a false allegation made against him, Toby was so reassuring and able to guide and provide legal information and representation in a clear way to a minor. Toby was fairly confident from the start that our son would be ok and he was. I would recommend Toby for legal representation, he was incredibly professional, reassuring and appropriate with the sensitivity of the charge.
