I'd just like to say that the conveyancing service provided by Jeanette Cook(PCS Legal) was fantastic!
It was so lovely to be able to speak/ deal with Jeanette, who is genuinely a lovely lady, who kept us informed and updated, replied to our emails in a timely manner, and even answered the phone when we rang(which I find makes explaining/ asking questions easier).

I cannot thank these guys enough! From re-mortgaging a house in the UK from Canada. My mortgage broker asked me if I had a lawyer in the UK to do the re-mortgage, if not they would suggest PCS Legal. I said yes we will use them. Jeanette has been absolutely amazing to deal with, helping me at every turn and explaining every step needed. Even contacting me out of hours with the six hour time difference and emailing and calling me on Saturdays and Sundays. Honestly she has been a star and I will definitely use them again if needed in the future! cannot thank them enough!!!
