My previous experience with other solicitors had all been poor - that everything would take ages, that they were impossible to get hold of. Seeking an alternative, I went online and PCS came top of the list for recommended solicitors. I have been thankful for that ever since - throughout the process for which I hired them they have been efficient, replied promptly to all my communication, and kept me fully informed.

Up to now , PCS have been so helpful and patient with us , hopefully completion will be very soon.

Lost the sale of my property unable to get any answers communication appalling emails unanswered or very late then apparently she was un well and off sick no one appeared to cover

Communication was appaling.
1. Unanswered messages after 4 days.
2. Couldn't get through to extension as mailbox full.
3. Waiting for operator randomly got cuttoff after waiting for upwards of 30 minutes.
4. Promised multiple call backs but never materialised

We ended up sackin PCS Legal ond going with another firm. I would avoid at all costs.

Nikita King and her team were excellent throughout. Dealt with any issues quickly. The website used to enter all your details, certificates etc was professional and easy to use . I was really impressed that the funds from our house sale were transferred on the same day .

I trusted PCS Legal with the purchase of a buy-to-let property through a modern auction – a time-sensitive process. From day one, their service was disorganised, careless, and negligent.

For over six months, they ignored my emails, lost submitted documents, and passed my case between multiple staff members who had no idea what was going on. I sent critical documents several times – and still, nothing was done. In March, just before the mortgage expiry, they acted like everything was fine, only to ask again for the same documents I had sent months earlier.

Because of their failure to act, my mortgage expired, the transaction collapsed, and I lost over £17,000, including non-refundable auction fees, rent, and contractor delays. I also submitted a legal data request (DSAR), and they didn’t respond within the lawful timeframe.

I have now escalated the matter to the Legal Ombudsman, ICO, and will pursue legal action in court. This firm should not be trusted with anything as important as your property or finances. They are evasive, unaccountable, and treat clients with total disregard.

Avoid PCS Legal at all costs. They have caused me stress, loss, and serious disruption to my family and business.
