Very good communication from Caroline McCullough and Sarah Adams. Prompt replies to emails. Telephone calls were usually answered straight away. No endless waiting, listening to muzak. I left voicemails once or twice but call backs were fast. They explained things I did not understand clearly.

I acquired my first home through PCL Legal.
I interacted with Caroline and Sarah. The process was honestly longer than expected and I would have preferred it to be quicker. But maybe the legal process and all the details for a correct procedure are known by professionals.
I won't go into details because it's not a case ,but for me what counts in the end are the results. And in the end I got the home I've been dreaming of for years. I am a homeowner now and this is the most important thing for me . Thank you for your professionalism
