The perfect working relationship
I have known Emma for more than 25 years and she has worked as my employment lawyer in a couple of businesses where I have been the Finance Director/COO. In my current business Emma and her team have been our employment lawyers for 10 years and have been an integral part of the business helping us on all HR and employment law matters. Emma feels like part of the team, rather than a 3rd party advisor and that's credit to her skills and personality.
There are many positives I could list, but, in brief, Emma just gets it. She understands our culture, our people and how best to advise us and guide us through any issues we may have. She and Beth always respond quickly, gauge the situation without needing much time to gather the facts and have great interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with numerous people in different roles within our business.
I couldn't recommend them highly enough and I can guarantee that I will continue to use Emma and Neate & Pugh for many years to come.

Outstanding service and knowledge, I would strongly recommend
