Sale of Property
Excellent support and advice throughout the whole process from Kay and Francesca.
Value for money based on my cost for the service, and will be not only using you for other aspects of my requirements, but also recommending PM Property Lawyers to family, friends and business associates.

Superb 😊😊😊
I instructed Kay Liddle’s team for the sale of our late Mothers house and then my sister also instructed Kay’s team for her onward purchase.
The service we received from Kay and her assistant Francesca was absolutely fantastic.
Everything was explained to us
so we could understand the process.
Even when our 1st buyer pulled out Kay pulled out all the stops to get the sale through.
We cannot thank Kay and Francesca enough for everything they have done for us .

Not quick but great people
Very positive experience with PM property lawyers. The process took a while although this wasn't a problem as I had the curve ball of increased stamp duty to deal with. Their prices were very competitive, they were easy to reach by phone, always helpful and pleasant to deal with, final stages very efficient.

Kay saved the day
I have to say at first I dealt with the agent who introduced me to my surveyors and PM Law. The initial interactions were dealt with quickly but there was then a lull of 6/8 weeks, which have not been fully explained by PM Law.
However once I interacted with Kay Liddell, this changed. She was extremely efficient and everything was delivered when she said it would be. Emails were responded to expeditiously and Kay would telephone me with regular updates or anything that was urgent, always backing this conversation up by email.
I suffered a couple of bereavements in a matter of weeks and Kay was extremely understanding of the situation and gave me much needed space, which I appreciated.
There was a lot of tooing and froing between the estate agent, client and their solicitor but Kay manoeuvred expertly through all of this. She took a lot of stress off me at a difficult time. I totally recommend anybody using her!

Sale and purchase
Very smooth process. Kay was responsive to ant questions I had about the process and kept me informed throughout. No need for constant chasing as I’ve experienced in the past.

Have confidence they will get the job done.
Being Old we presented a particular set of problems, nothing was to much trouble for them, they resolved everything while reassuring us “ don’t worry we will get it done” and they did.
Money very well spent, we are happily settled in our new property many thanks to all of you.

Speedy and efficient
Offer accepted in November and got keys in February. The app is really useful and Kay and her team were very friendly.
Always use the secure messaging as it protects both sides and helps progress your case.
Documents were clear and what was needed from the start was declared.
