I instructed Kay Liddle’s team for the sale of our late Mothers house and then my sister also instructed Kay’s team for her onward purchase.
The service we received from Kay and her assistant Francesca was absolutely fantastic.

Amy has been excellent throughout the process and has helped to progress a difficult case due to problems with the other parties solicitors. Communication has been excellent with concise and clear and queries have always been answered promptly

If l had to be totally honest, l didn't have a very good experience with this firm.
We had our remortgage and purchased with them,
1. They're poor in responding to emails, never returned calls.
2. I had to chase queries myself, l had to constantly ask which level my file was, before I'm told there's a situation at hand, l do most of the findings myself and relate back to them.
3. My file became a push around from one solicitor to the other, from Kirk- Fuller -Loveless -Tenner -Bulcroft,(This are just few names l could remember, l list count) it got to a stage l was losing my mind l couldn't keep up with everyone, l had to get my broker involved.
No matter how complicated a case is, l believe been a solicitors they should be able to tackle it, NO, l did all my findings and sorting myself and then reach out to them for the legal side, even in the process my mum got sick and passed away during the time l left to take care of my mother my case was stagnant until l came back and started asking questions again, the whole process took them a whole year from start to completion, it got to a stage l started having sleepless night's because the agent of the house we're purchasing will not let me rest, l was practically frustrated, myself and my broker even emailed them that we'll be taking our file away from them at some point.
My experience was a nightmare, frustrated, my relationship at home became hostile, l can't explain in words what l felt. However I will Thank personal give Kudos to (Ms Jennifer Turton) very experienced, she's the first solicitor who handled my file when l was first introduced to PM lawyers by Sarp a broker who disappeared into thin air 😕. The only professional l dealt with Happiness and Fulfillment.
