Excellent Solicitors
I would thoroughly recommend Rowlinsons to anyone looking for a conveyancing solicitor. It's difficult to know who to pick from a random list when faced with the requirement when buying a house, and you can generally only tell afterwards how the experience was. But without doubt I'm sure our experience would have been more difficult without Laura and Lucy who navigated us through unexpected covenants and disappearing buyers through to a final sale with aplomb. Always knowledgeable, speedy, friendly, cost efficient, great comms so you were never wondering what was happening. In summary terrific. They have an app if that's your preferred method but were more than happy to go old-school phone calls. Can't imagine what you would add to a service! Thanks to all involved.

Great service, so professional
Rowlinsons have been really good throughout. They guided us through the process step by step so we knew what was happening next. Their app makes the whole process so much easier (especially when having to deal with documents)! We loved dealing with Rowlinsons, they have been fast to respond and very professional throughout and we would 100% recommend them to our friends!

Excellent service, would recommend
We brought our first home with Rowlinsons.
The service was excellent from start to finish. All communication was concise, helpful, supportive and trustworthy. Not knowing much about the legal side of buying a house, I found their explanations and information very helpful for a laymen. And where we had questions, their solicitors were always happy to answer questions.
We had to pull out of our first purchase after it produced a very negative homebuyers survey. Rowlinsons gave us good advice and didn't charge us extra when we found the second property.
Overall, very happy with the service
