I found both Alexandra Breakwell and Alicia Sheath very easy to deal with. The communication was spot on from start to finish. I was kept up to date with the progress of our purchase at every step and I was never left in the dark or not knowing what was going on. I would highly recommend Rowlinsons solicitors and if you’re lucky enough to deal with either Alicia or Alex then I’m sure you will agree, This was our first time buying and they made it such a great experience for us and did there absolute best to speed things along at my request (due to work commitments). I would use these again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for all your help, you have both been great from start to finish :)

Jazmine Hume was with us from the beginning throughout a long sale process, due to various buyers withdrawing. Thanks to Jazmines support and handling of our final buyers solicitor, we were able to complete. Jazmine provided an excellent and attentive service. She was always happy to help and explain legal aspects that weren’t clear at first.

I would thoroughly recommend Rowlinsons to anyone looking for a conveyancing solicitor. It's difficult to know who to pick from a random list when faced with the requirement when buying a house, and you can generally only tell afterwards how the experience was. But without doubt I'm sure our experience would have been more difficult without Laura and Lucy who navigated us through unexpected covenants and disappearing buyers through to a final sale with aplomb. Always knowledgeable, speedy, friendly, cost efficient, great comms so you were never wondering what was happening. In summary terrific. They have an app if that's your preferred method but were more than happy to go old-school phone calls. Can't imagine what you would add to a service! Thanks to all involved.

We have just completed on a house purchase using Rowlinsons Solicitors and we were very impressed with the excellent bespoke service. The solicitor was so focused and dedicated in the support she offered us and she was extremely professional in everything she did. Her organisational skills and communication skills were excellent.

We were kept fully informed throughout the entire process and Rowlinsons were always very quick to respond to any queries we had. Their attention to detail is exceptional and their positive can-do attitude and friendly approach made us feel very happy. We would definitely use Rowlinsons services again. Great experience of using Rowlinsons for my property sale, Jennifer, Özlem and Naomi were all very helpful, professional and most importantly very quick to answer queries.
