I found both Alexandra Breakwell and Alicia Sheath very easy to deal with. The communication was spot on from start to finish. I was kept up to date with the progress of our purchase at every step and I was never left in the dark or not knowing what was going on. I would highly recommend Rowlinsons solicitors and if you’re lucky enough to deal with either Alicia or Alex then I’m sure you will agree, This was our first time buying and they made it such a great experience for us and did there absolute best to speed things along at my request (due to work commitments). Conveyancing for purchase
Alicia and her assistant were very professional, responsive and made me feel at ease with the whole process.

Alicia - Fantastic
Alicia Sheath helped me to complete on the first registration of my Property.
After losing my husband, tasks like this overwhelm me somewhat but Alicia talked me through step by step and was very approachable.

Excellent service
Alicia and Alexandra were brilliant. Throughout the entire process they provided regular updates and kept us informed. Although they weren’t local to us, it felt like Alexandra and Alicia were available to us whenever we needed them. We would definitely recommend them!

Fantastic experience for the second time
We couldn’t recommend Alicia more highly. Her communication was excellent, she was efficient and truly a pleasure to work with. This was our second time working with Alicia — after such a positive experience during our purchase, we knew we wanted to use her again for our sale. She turned the entire process around and got the sale over the line in just a month, an unbelievable effort.
Alicia and Alexandra were both fantastic and we wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.

Patience, hard work, diligence
I have now sold a number of properties through Rowlinsons. The last one was a rental which was a very long slog but Alicia & Alexandra have been fantastic. Very prompt in replying, always updating me on where we were in the process and being pro-active in getting it across the line.
