Chloe Bradley has worked in employment law since 2018 and has undertaken a wide range of legal problems for both employees and employers. In her previous firms, she has obtained significant experience in contentious matters representing numerous employees and employers through the Employment Tribunal process. Prior to joining Richard Nelson as an employment solicitor in 2025, Chloe worked in a previous role where she was focused on employee-only matters, she is exceptionally passionate about the protection of individual rights of employees and has a proven track record of achieving good outcomes for employees. Chloe understands that employment is at the heart of what individuals do every day and this is their livelihood, whether this is paying for their mortgage or a substantive career they have worked in for years. Chloe is exceptionally skilled and understanding of this as can understand the toll employee matters can have when dealing with matters such as going through a disciplinary process, redundancy process, change of contract or negotiating a settlement agreement and how this can be an extremely daunting experience. Chloe prides herself on her “no-nonsense” legal advice and her ability to break down complex legal principles for those she is advising.
