Property Sale July 2023
Hannah was my solicitor through this process which was a difficult sale to get over the line. She also asslisted in having the retention fund being returned to me, albeit again this was a drawn out process. In both cases, Hannah was nothing but diligent and professional and I was very fortunate for her to deal with these matters on my behalf.

I cannot praise Martin Tolhurst Solicitors enough. I would like to thank the incredible team lead by Hanna Sharp who all worked tirelessly behind the scenes on my behalf, making the very arduous journey of trying to buy a property bearable and successful.
