Cindy Dando is a superstar!
I've just exchanged contracts on my first property and Cindy has been nothing short of AMAZING. Working to an extremely tight deadline, Cindy got us from instruction to exchange in 6 weeks which we cannot appreciate enough. As it was my first house purchase I had a lot of questions, but Cindy had no problem in answering them and came back to all my emails in a timely fashion. She took the time to help me through the process and was calm/relaxed even when I probably wasn't. If you're looking for a kind, efficient and proactive solicitor, Cindy is the one! : )

Great experience selling and buying property with Bookers and Bolton
Recently we used Bookers and Bolton to buy and sell property and had a great experience with them. We had 2 properties fall through (one at the last minute) and finally completed third time lucky. Bookers and Bolton were always communicative and quick to reply throughout the whole process. Advice was clear and helpful. Very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone buying or selling property.

A reliable conveyancing solicitor
I was recommended B&B by a solicitor who I used before for another matter. They responded to my enquired immediately. Then gave me a quote quickly with the details that I supplied. I had already got a quote from a local solicitors my estate agent had recommended, but B&B’s was fairer. There is an app which you down load to keep abreast of the process, but if you have an issue or something is not clear they are quick to respond to help you. Everything went very well with the sale of my flat and I would happily recommend them.

Selling and buying my new home

Excellent Service
I was given regular updates and never had to wait long for a reply to an email or query. Very professional and helpful and got the job done even though there were some frustrating moments.
